In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on the uea8 Platform, accessing any game or service, or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the uea8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any service provided by uea8.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and uea8 in respect of your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.4 uea8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the uea8 Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable, in line with international gaming authority standards applicable to online casino and sportsbook operators.
3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. uea8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including — but not limited to — a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
3.3 Any account found to be registered or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended without notice. All funds held in such accounts may be forfeited, and all winnings derived from gameplay will be voided.
3.4 You represent that your use of the uea8 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
3.5 Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of uea8 and its affiliates, including their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Member account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the uea8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. uea8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify uea8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
4.5 uea8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a standard part of the account lifecycle. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds information as required.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the uea8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
5.2 uea8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at uea8's discretion from time to time.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. uea8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of uea8.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds. uea8 targets prompt processing of all withdrawal requests in accordance with the applicable payment channel's processing timelines.
5.5 uea8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, or in any case where unusual account activity has been identified. During any such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended.
5.6 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party funding is not permitted. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
6.1 uea8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which include applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money.
6.3 uea8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Member prior to amendment or termination, the terms current at the time of acceptance will apply to the extent practicable.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordination with other Members — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
7.1 The rules governing each game available on the uea8 Platform are accessible within the game interface prior to placing any stake. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before participating.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game session, uea8 will take reasonable steps to determine the outcome of any affected round using available system logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
7.3 All live dealer game outcomes are final and binding once the dealing sequence for the relevant round has been completed under the dealer's supervision and confirmed by the platform system. No appeals will be accepted on the basis of Member interpretation of visible game footage.
7.4 uea8 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of technical error, data feed failure, collusion, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uea8 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the uea8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, interface design, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of uea8 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of uea8.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uea8 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.
10.2 uea8's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 uea8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. uea8 will use reasonable endeavours to restore Platform availability following any unplanned outage.
11.1 uea8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 uea8 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
11.3 uea8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for operational purposes — including payment processing, identity verification, and fraud detection — under binding confidentiality and data processing agreements.
12.1 uea8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Members maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge:
12.2 The minimum age to access the uea8 Platform is 21 years. uea8 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.

13.1 uea8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) regulatory requirement; or (e) any other circumstance that uea8 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants such action.
13.2 Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting uea8 support. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method.
13.3 uea8 reserves the right to retain transaction records and personal data for the periods required by applicable law following account closure.
14.1 uea8 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, uea8 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Members prior to the amendments taking effect — for example, by displaying a notification within the Platform interface.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the terms of uea8's operating authorisation. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the uea8 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
15.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with rules mutually agreed upon by the parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent uea8 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
